Refund policy

At Pawsir, we know how much your pets mean to you. Every item in our store is selected with comfort, safety, and happy moments in mind. If something arrives and isn’t exactly what you expected, we offer a simple return process so you can shop with confidence.

Return Window
You have 60 days from the day your order is delivered to request a return. This gives you plenty of time to check the item, make sure it suits your pet, and decide whether it’s right for your home.

Condition of Returned Items
Returned products must be unused, in their original condition, and sent back with all packaging and included components. We do not charge any restocking fees.

How to Start a Return
To begin, reach out to support@pawsir.com and include your order number. Our team will guide you through the next steps and help you move forward quickly.

Shipping for Returns
Return shipping costs are paid by the customer. We recommend using a trackable shipping method so you can follow the package on its way back to us.

Exchanges
If you’d prefer an exchange instead of a refund, just let us know in your email. We are happy to arrange this as long as the requested item is available.

Refund Processing
Once your item reaches us, it will be checked with care. Refunds are issued within 7 business days after inspection. Your bank or payment provider may require a little extra time to complete the transfer.
