Once shipped, most parcels reach their new home in 3–7 business days. When your order is on its way, you’ll receive a tracking link so you can keep an eye on the progress.
How long do refunds take?
After we’ve received and checked your return, refunds are normally completed within 7 business days. Some banks take a little extra time to update your balance.
